At Omega Race Karts, we aim to supply high-quality parts and services to keep you racing. Please read the following carefully before making a purchase.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returns must be approved before sending any item back.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or installed parts

  • Electrical components (unless faulty)

  • Special order or custom items

  • Clearance or sale items

⚠️ Change of Mind

If you order the wrong item or change your mind:

  • Returns may be accepted at our discretion

  • A restocking fee may apply

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

🔧 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item is faulty or incorrect:
