Shipping Information

At Omega Race Karts, we understand that getting your parts quickly and safely is the difference between making the grid and staying in the pits. We ship nationwide using a network of premium carriers to ensure your racing equipment arrives in peak condition.

Calculated Shipping Rates

To keep our part prices competitive and fair, we do not offer flat-rate or free shipping. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, physical dimensions (volumetric weight), and the destination of your order.

  • Small Parts & Consumables: Shipped via standard or express courier.

  • Oversized Items: Bulky items such as tires, bodywork, and rear axles may incur higher rates due to their dimensions.

  • Chassis & Engines: These high-value, heavy items are shipped via specialized freight services to ensure maximum protection.

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM on the same business day.

  • Standard Shipping: Usually 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • Express Shipping: Usually 1–3 business days.

  • Freight: Timing for chassis or engines will be coordinated and tracked individually.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and booked for collection, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

Signature & Security

Most orders are sent with Signature Required to ensure they aren't left unattended at your workshop or home. If you are not available to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Damaged or Missing Items

Precision is everything in karting. If your order arrives damaged or there is an item missing, please contact the Omega Race Karts team within 24 hours of delivery. For damaged freight, please take photos of the packaging before opening.
